Tenanted ("we", "us") helps self-managing property owners in Queensland collect rental applications and prepare the official Residential Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a).
Full name, date of birth, phone and email for each applicant; emergency contact details; move-in date, occupants, pets; optional supporting information.
To pass your application to the property owner for assessment, and if approved, help pre-populate the Form 18a. We don't use it for any other purpose.
Applications are stored using Vercel Blob storage in private-access mode — not publicly reachable.
We don't sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Visible only to the property owner. We may disclose information if required by law.
Tenanted does not collect rent or bond payments — funds never pass through this platform.
As long as reasonably necessary, consistent with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld).
